“So. much. yikes. I'm so disappointed. For starters, he has noise sensors within the home and motion sensors. I would not be surprised if he had cameras in the home, too. He has two cameras just for the location we were at, which initially made me feel safe. However, I get the feeling he It also made me wonder who would be renting nearby for you to have to enforce rules like this. It gave me a bad feeling before I arrived, and maybe that is something for you to consider. We just needed a place……

“The house was perfect for my daughter and I, and would have been great too had we brought the whole family. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything in the SLC. The hosts were great amd easy to work with. Definitely recommend!”

“The Ivy Cottage is a great place to stay while visiting SLC. The cottage has everything one would need. Although we did not cook, the kitchen was well stocked. Hosts were easy to work with and were very considerate (they even provide some treats, which were much appreciated). We were skiing and this location was great as it was very close to the slopes (10 minutes from Alta or Snowbird). The views were fantastic and setting was very peaceful. Would have loved to see the garden as one can……

“From the pictures we fell in love and i was in contact with Randy from before booking. He was the best we have ever dealt with. So helpful and friendly. He even allowed us to have things sent to the house for our son that we forgot at home that he needed for his archery tournament. Once we arrived we were in awe of the views and Randy walked us thru everything. The kids enjoyed the pool every day and we enjoyed the outdoors, the grill and just being together. It was a home away from home and the……

“Cabin was been nicely decorated and kept. The owner was very responsive. My only complaint would be hair from a pet or human I found on a pillow and a towel, but nothing too serious. The washer almost ate my clothes but that was a risk I took knowing it wasn’t the best after chatting with the owner. The place is centrally located in SLC, however it is located in an RV park which was not advertised. It wasn’t a problem but simply wasn’t advertised. Overall it was a great place.”
