“So. much. yikes. I'm so disappointed. For starters, he has noise sensors within the home and motion sensors. I would not be surprised if he had cameras in the home, too. He has two cameras just for the location we were at, which initially made me feel safe. However, I get the feeling he It also made me wonder who would be renting nearby for you to have to enforce rules like this. It gave me a bad feeling before I arrived, and maybe that is something for you to consider. We just needed a place……

“Everything was perfect. Apartment was as described and suited our needs. We couldn't get the fob/card to open the gate for the parking garage, but due to other cars entering/leaving we were able to access the garage. Other than that, we were very pleased with everything.”

“We drove 300 mi Sunday to the home, stayed until Wednesday morning. Were able to take care of 8 medical appointments. Owner was great to deal with. ”

“This is a great apartment located in a charming neighborhood and convenient to everything in the area. We were here visiting family and this was perfect. Communication with our host Christine was exceptional. The unit has a garage that leads right to the apartment which was a bonus in the rain. Bed was very comfortable and the furnishings are beautiful. Thank you Christine. ”

“Nice. Close to stores and freeway. About 30 min south of SLC. Concerned about barking dogs throughout the day and into the night. Don’t know if those were other residents or visitors. Otherwise a pleasant stay.”

“Check in would have been easier in the day light- apt is located at the rear of the property. There was some noise from above just a few nights but no worse than a hotel. It was quiet and nice to cook our meals. There could be a few more pots and dishes. For those wanting to ski you are about an hour from Deer Valley and Snow Bird”
