“自己和家人多次入住，之前就覺得櫃檯服務不是很親切主動，而且訂購海景房會城市景 這一次定海景房，還是給城市景，我只好到櫃台反應，櫃檯一點不好意思的態度都沒有，服務真的很糟 後來的換房，一進去就有噪音，我只好再重新下樓換房，我總共下樓換房四次，櫃檯一點感到抱歉的服務都沒有，當時已經半夜～ 對於飯店的服務感到非常不滿 車子抵達大門口，門口服務員也沒有主動幫忙拿行李 整個飯店的服務水準真的太差”

“酒店在海邊，酒店範圍也大，員工服務很好，可是酒店設施太舊，床基本要踏下去了，廁所很爛，沒有通風，發出臭味，無奈之下第二天晚上換了隔壁房間，好一點點，還是沒有通風有味道。早餐食物選擇不多，麵條好吃。”

“Staff were really kind and friendly and it's suxh a beautiful place to stay. It's better than the photos in real life.”

“Room: room is clean. Bed is comfortable. I stayed for 3 nights, the first 2 nights had no hot water. Only on the 3rd night hot water is available. Toilet basin is clogged. Facilities: gym condition is dated. Aircon not working, later they provide a fan. Machine condition not good. Food is ok.”
