“自己和家人多次入住，之前就覺得櫃檯服務不是很親切主動，而且訂購海景房會城市景 這一次定海景房，還是給城市景，我只好到櫃台反應，櫃檯一點不好意思的態度都沒有，服務真的很糟 後來的換房，一進去就有噪音，我只好再重新下樓換房，我總共下樓換房四次，櫃檯一點感到抱歉的服務都沒有，當時已經半夜～ 對於飯店的服務感到非常不滿 車子抵達大門口，門口服務員也沒有主動幫忙拿行李 整個飯店的服務水準真的太差”
