“This property got my husband and I thinking about retiring to this community, it was that amazing. The condo was roomie but quaint with a coffee bar with a Kurig and a fire place that made the time we spent there fun and romantic. The town of Tubac was within walking distance and Tucson and Nogales were only 45-60 min away. We went to the cities to explore and then came home to the quiet of this condo. “We were centrally located nearTucson, many attractions to choose from and, a short walk away from the lovely community of Tubac. Shopping was great and it was a marvelous place to 'chill out". “This was a great stay for us. We were in town visiting family who didn't have space for us at their place. The unit was beautiful and had pretty-much everything we needed. It is very near to the pool and we enjoyed swimming every day of our stay. We didn't get to use the rooftop deck much, but it was a nice amenity. Kitchen was well kitted out and they had some high-quality coffee available which I really appreciated. Linens and towels were high quality, and the beds were large and comfortable.……

“My girlfriends and I had a wonderful time at Nellie's beautiful property. We all appreciated the gorgeous setting for birdwatching, taking walks and talking outside on the deck. We enjoyed the proximity of the Tubac Art Festival while still feeling like we were way out there in nature.”

“My getaway revolved around the home, needed a change of scenery to work, and I visit the area often. The furnishings are all high-end and comfortable. Appliances are LG, beautiful dishes & cookware (& tons), spices, utensils, w/d. Pool towels & toys, outdoor seating areas upstairs & down. The study has a comfy couch & TV. The bedding & linens - very nice. From the townhome, you can walk along the Santa Cruz River, to the village, as well as state-national parks, 7-8 miles. The home & its……

“This is very hard to even not give 100 percent satisfied review. This is our first private home rental. There were a few bad things during our stay. Fist there was a cleaning person/s that was still there when our family first arrived, and we got there hour after check in time. The man cleaning didn't mop house and clean thoroughly. But owner compensated us by giving us a late check out. But other bad thing is they should disclose lots of flying insects and should be better prepared like bug……

“Very clean comfortable home, home was very nice could be cozier. Each bathroom could use a blow dryer. Could use additional towels. TV’s in each bedroom was plus. Some outdoor games would be nice (corn hole) over all great stay and location”

“This is a lovely property, set among rolling hills and desert, but on a lovely small street with neighbors. House is spacious, with wonderful light coming through windows in kitchen and living room. It is a real treat to sit and eat at the kitchen table and look out at the lovely view. Off of living room is the backyard patio, also with exquisite views. Living room has two couches to lay and read on, plus a comfortable chair and ottoman. Kitchen is well-stocked with plenty of dishes, mugs, ……

“We loved everything about this property and location. Originally we were looking in Green Valley. This location was so much better. We walked into Tubac every morning. The accomodation was excellent. Everything we could want was there. We would absolutely come back!”
