“Unfortunately we lost a days stay due to weather dela flight from KC, MO to DFW. Once arrived we were pleasantly pleased with this Mid Century Mod style home as seen on Fixer Upper. Going to Magnolia Market and seeing the 1928 Hotel and Castle was on my Moms bucket list. Suggestions from hosts on restaurants and locations were enjoyed by all of us. On day 1 we watched the Fixer Upper episode (season 3, ep. 2) from the living room of the “brick house” which was so much fun! After touring the city, we learned many rental properties were not in very good/safe places, so we felt lucky to have stumbled upon this gem.
