“The windows made the space light and spacious. The view off the back patio is beautiful and makes one feel part of nature. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Good size for 3 to 4 people. Charming bear themed decor adds to mountain cabin feel. Kitchen is well equipped and it was nice to have a washer and dryer. Really appreciated the owners were willing to share their lovely home.”

“This was an amazing place to stay! The setting was so intimate with all the trees and the beautiful home. It was very well stocked with coffee, tea and Kleenex, etc. They really thought of everything, even a multiple head phone charging cable at the side of every bed. “My wife and I loved our stay here. The house was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Sitting on the front deck was very relaxing with the stream flowing right in front. We spent most of our time out exploring, there is so much to do in this area. The hike to the top of the lookout tower was amazing (best to drive up thru Bassets and then towards Packer Lake so that you don't have to drive up the rough unpaved road from Sierra City).
