“The view is great. The suite itself looks very nice and has been recently updated. There’s an outdoor patio with chairs to sit & look at the bay. But the property itself seems neglected. High weeds around the property. There were signs of prior water damaged along the ceilings & you could hear water dripping inside the walls on a day of heavy rain. One bathroom overhead light did not work. No bedside lamps for reading. No blackout curtains and an east facing double glass door made sleeping in……
