“This is a very beautiful new house. Even our 9, 7 and 4 year olds recognized that. The decorating choices were much to our taste. The location was great. Walkable to the beach but away from the hustle and bustle of the main area. The outdoor deck and fire pit were very nice. The kitchen was well stocked but being a party of 7 we would have appreciated more dishes especially plates. We bought paper plates to get us through. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.”

“This property is in a great location, close to beach and walking trails. It is well appointed and nicely decorated. The state of cleanliness was disappointing. The owner was very apologetic and was attentive to make sure we were comfortable. We would stay at this property again.”

“Exceptional property, equipped with absolutely everything required for a worry-free, relaxing and comfortable stay. Owner's 10-15 min orientation of the property was informative (operating appliances, TVs, property features, etc.). The owners left for us a bottle of wine and a fantastic cheese tray with crackers upon arrival - nice touch! Only issue was that the BBQ ran out of propane while grilling steaks on our 2nd night and the back up propane tank was also empty - a bit disappointing, but……

“The place is really nice, great for large family gatherings, great location and nice layout. The communication with the property manager was challenging. From check-in that was clunky and after checkout they waited two weeks to return my deposit saying there was damage but not communicating what was damaged. Ultimately my the deposit was return, because there was no damage. I would encourage folks to take pictures upon leaving to ensure no damage is reported that was not your responsibility.”

“We loved our long weekend here! We've been staying in Sauble in the summer for years and were excited to try a new spot. Everything you need, so close to the beach and Sauble Falls. Our kids loved the bunk beds, games and the sand hill out back and we loved the cleanliness and space. Could use some more seating in the living room, but for the four of us it was fine. Only suggestion would be to WD40 all of the doors as the new doors squeaking at night freaked out my kids a bit LOLOL. Thank you……

“The sauna is all yours so your in control and it gets as hot as you want dripping scoops at a time of water onto the rocks 🪨. Then the very large hot tub all yours to relax and enjoy and if you have questions your at the right place because i was answered in minutes plus get more spoiled its a hot fireplace ”

“The house is clean, modern, well-maintained and cozy. It has everything we need to enjoy the stay. Great location which is close to the beach, grocery store, and restaurants. Host is very friend, nice and replied to my msg promptly. All of us had a nice weekend here.”
