“Hot water is not enough for 4. Everyone needs to take quick showers. No certain on the big window in the living room. The Inn provides garbage bags and asked us to make our own certain. The Inn even called after checking out for extra charge because the housekeeper needs to move chairs and bed back and clean the rooms.”

“Front desk service was outstanding, however we didn't realize they closed it so early because we needed to ask about different pillows. Wife is allergic to down. Also the Hot tub was out of order, but front desk mng called their sister hotel next door & was able to go over there.”

“Was given key to a room that was still being cleaned, so had to haul luggage and everything back to reception. Receptionist also got my name wrong at check-in, and subsequently nearly charged me for a room that was prepaid! The usual hot breakfast is not being served; instead they give you a prepackaged miserable excuse for food. How stingy of them.”
