“We were a family of 4 staying in the family suite which was excellent with great facilities, modern, and roomy. Only slight downside was the noise from the ski hire shop directly above, 8am to 6pm. Staff very helpful and responsive. Breakfast ok, wide-ish choice. Hotel is in a great location. Could do more to compete with the lively apres-ski bar/hotel next door. All in all it was excellent and would stay again. ”

“Quattro giorni con moglie e figlio, l'hotel è in una posizione centrale, su una pizza, ovviamente a pagamento (ma in fase di ristrutturazione quindi senza parchimetro). “We stayed at Hotel Alvanche in Sauze D’Oulx for our honeymoon, and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. “The location of this property was ideal as we were there to watch our son compete at the Special Olympics Worlds! We were within walking distance to the ski hill, restaurants and many shops. Didn't even have to use our rental as it was safely parked in the underground parking through the hotel. The only thing better than the location was the staff!!! “E' un rifugio sulla pista (vicino al paese, ma sulla pista!). Questo dovrebbe essere sufficiente a descrivere La Capanna. E' gestito da gente volenterosa e in gamba, che vive la struttura insieme a noi. E' spartano: lussi e comfort sono altrove, gli arredamenti sono vintage (che è un modo carino di dire che potrebbero essere rinnovati), basilari ma funzionali. Esci dalla porta e sei sulla pista! Rientri da sciare, magari a impianti chiusi, direttamente fin sull'uscio di casa. Il cibo - menu……
