“Rooms have been recently remodeled. Clean and nice. Not much hot water though ”

“Our stay was lovely as were the rooms and facility. We enjoyed drinks in the library, walks on the grounds, and great food in Darby’s Tavern. We did encounter a few hiccups in service. The morning front desk attendant was a bit unpleasant as was one of the waitstaff in the Tavern. However, we spent several hours in the Tavern watching football and being taken care of by the most exceptional young woman Crystal. She is a treasure! Our group has met here on several occasions and will continue to……

“This is an old style motel that has been recently renovated. For those looking at a high end hotel like Hilton or Marriott, this isn't it. That said, for under $100, you get a clean room with a comfortable bed with multiple places to eat close by, including a restaurant/bar right next door. The room was small, but enough space for two and it had a small fridge and a microwave. Included in the price was a good breakfast spread near the lobby with bisquits, bagels, muffins, donuts, a waffle maker,……
