“Nulla da dire tranne che la camera non corrispondeva a quella prenotata sul sito Poca serità per via della risposta datami appunto dalla reception dopo il mio appunto”

“Struttura di fascia alta che rispetta le attese. Ciò che non è ammissibile, però, è che l'acqua dell'idromassaggio a servizio della tenda era fredda ed è rimasta tale anche dopo la "regolazione" effettuata dal personale addetto...........l'acqua fredda no!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“Very helpfull and utterly kind staff. Good service. Nice and clean accomodations. There is a huge swimming pool and a warm one. Nature does the rest: the lake and surroundings are spectacular with many possible activities. Perhaps some options are a bit overpriced.”

“We arrived at approximately 4:00pm to check in and were met with an awkward reaction. For some reason this hotel has checkin only at 9:00pm, and we missed that note during booking. They made an exception and accommodated us as an exception. Never heard of a hotel only allowing checkin as of 9:00pm. The room was amazing, but because we were located right next to reception, there was lots of noise all night.”

“Residence paisible et bien entretenue. Cependant le quartier est très pauvre, peu securisant et la plage esten cette mi-saison très sale. dommage !!”
