"前台員工服務優秀，地理環境好，酒店房間不算寬敞，但佈置舒適，淋浴水壓太弱，沐浴區設計失敗，需要用額外時間洗澡，House keeping服務差亦不會更新房間個人衛生用品，房間整潔到欠佳，如駕駛到酒店使用酒店停車場建議先跟酒店員工溝通，停車場出入口尋找困難，而且空間狹小需要格外留神"

"Hotel constantly tries to upsell - get spammed with emails before arrival about add ons. Was told at reception on arrival at 1.30pm that the room was ready, but hotel policy was that I couldn’t be given the key until 3pm. Asked for luggage storage and was directed to take my suitcase down a flight of stairs and then had to pay a further fee for luggage storage. Unfriendly staff - there are better options around, so don’t bother here."
