“We had a blast at this site. It was well maintained and a joy having the property to ourselves. We had a wild weather week with above average heat and then cold rainy days. The area stayed dry, with the mulch in the area and the tent was a refuge! Thanks for the hospitality! ”

“It was a great spot. Quiet and peaceful. There is a short walk from parking to the site, but there’s a wagon to help haul stuff in and out. We heard frogs, owls, fox and coyote. Such beautiful sounds of nature. It rained A LOT during our stay and the tent did not leak at all. It stayed totally dry. The shower and outhouse were close enough that it wasn’t far during the night to go. The tent had cots (we used our blow up mattresses) they seemed comfy when we laid on them. The tent was a good……

“If I could give more stars I would!!! This is such a magical place!! Derrick is an amazing host! The work he's done on the grounds is magnificent. Even though it was raining I just hung outside with my dog floating in the river or napping in the hammock! It's just beautiful!!! I had friends come over and we made so much food and drank all the wine! I love that there's both a grill and a griddle! I'm excited to make it my new yearly tradition! Thank you Derrick!!!!”
