“Grand appartement très propre. Les lits sont très confortables. La cuisine est équipée avec le nécessaire, mais il n’y a pas de grille-pain. L’appartement est au rez-de-chaussée avec une cour intérieure, ce qui est agréable. Nous y étions au début du mois de mai et l’appartement était malheureusement froid et humide à notre arrivée. Il a été compliqué de le réchauffer car il n’y avait aucune information écrite sur le fonctionnement des appareils. Ce serait un élément à ajouter. ”

“This place is spacious and spotlessly clean. The owner is on site so she is always available should you need her, but everything you need is there and explained when we checked in. The outdoor area looks out over the rest of the property including gardens, grapevines, swimming pool, and the surrounding countryside. So serene! You definitely need a car to get around. It takes a little over 10 minutes to drive to a restaurant or supermarket. Do not miss the castle ! One of the best I have……

“Un appartement propre très bien situé à proximité du centre historique mais petit. Si vous mesurez plus de 1 mètre 70, dites-vous que vous devrez dormir les genoux pliés. L’annonce est conforme à l’appartement mais l’équipement de la cuisine est minimal. Enfin, l’appartement est mal insonorisé: nous entendons les voisins au-dessus.”

“This place is very convenient to all of the tourist area in the lower part of Coimbra; the squares are literally steps from the front door. The apartment has an oven, stove, good-sized fridge, and washing machine. There are some basic cooking dishes as well. There is a portable heater that was nice to take off the chill and also help with drying laundry. There is a long flight of stairs to access the apartment, and on 3 of the 5 nights I stayed there was quite a lot of noise in the tiny alley……

“I don’t think we could’ve found a better place than Story Studio for our week-long visit to Coimbra. A comfortably and tastefully furnished and decorated apartment, it’s in the historic center of town, with many popular entertainment sites and attractions within easy walking distance. Not to mention the half dozen plus restaurants and a chocolate shop within 50 m of the building’s front door. Even the three flights of stairs you have to climb give it a sense of place.
