“Hotel is huiselijk, personeel bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamer wat gedateerd. Grote kamer mag wat verlichting betreft wel wat beter worden aangekleed. Ook 2 vooral praktische stoelen in plaats van confortabel meubilair voelde wat armoedig aan. Bedden waren prima. Heerlijk geslapen. Kamer was schoon en had aparte ruimte voor wc en ruime badkamer met bad. Daarover geen klachten. Restaurant was prima. Heerlijk gegeten, goed ontbijt. Komen zeker nog eens.”

“Die gesamte Anlage ist hervorragend und absolut empfehlenswert. Die Zimmer sind gepflegt, die Umgebung wunderschön, und man kann sich wirklich erholen. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das Personal an der Anmeldung – freundlich, zuvorkommend und immer hilfsbereit, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm macht. Leider gibt es jedoch auch einige Kritikpunkte. Das Personal in den Restaurants wirkt leider unfreundlich und wenig kompromissbereit. Die Öffnungszeiten scheinen oft nicht klar kommuniziert……

“we stayed in the room 31 on the top floor. room facilities and breakfast were good under this reasonable pricing. it’s a hundreds year old house with steep staircase so you may need to be careful when you travel with big suitcases. love they have different classic themes for bedroom decor, also the whisky bar on ground floor”

“If it was just me staying here it would have been perfect. I love the location, Zwolle’s old town is an amazing place to stay. The room was large but the shower and sink area had no door, which presents some problems when you have other people there with you. The separate toilet although not uncommon in the Netherlands is a bit of a pain. It wasn’t the room in the photo, so we had different expectations, but this is our own fault. Our daughter had to sleep in a sofa bed, which again we were not……
