“Paramos allí solo una noche, en ruta hacia Italia. Lo escogimos porque está cerca del centro, pero fuera de la zona de bajas emisiones. La atención fue de primer nivel. “We chose a room with an ocean view at this hotel, enticed by the beautiful vistas. However, the service and amenities were a letdown. Our main issue was with the breakfast. Opting for a takeaway breakfast to our room, we were dismayed to find soil in the vegetables. Upon raising this issue with the hotel, they initially agreed to refund the breakfast cost. Yet, at checkout, we were informed that the refund would only be processed after the manager contacts us by email, a process that seemed……
