“very cleaning and a nice and cosy place for family to stay. We would definitely recommend and go back at sometime. The welcoming was so nice , kids enjoyed the ice cream which they were given when we arrived.”

“Check-in was very simple, the property very clean and the host very helpful over the phone. We arrived late in the evening and it was so wonderful to arrive to the suite with the pullout bed made up already and a beautiful bottle of Prosecco and two glasses set out. We felt so very welcomed. A great location and a classy set up. ”
“I wasn’t happy it’s not a real hotel but that was forgotten as soon as I walked in. Beautiful room with an amazing hot tub and fireplace. I could have spent the whole vaca here. I relaxed and slept well. Highly highly recommend and will stay here again for sure!”

“Stayed here as a quiet base to walk the 3 Peaks. Very peaceful and not too far away.
The only negatives for us would be that there were no teabags/coffee, sugar, salt & pepper. We have stayed in many cottages and this has been the only place where there has been nothing at all.”
"The location is great and nearby the ferry pier.
But the hotel is not in good maintenance at room, the toilet ceiling have a lot of dirty water marks, it looked disgusting. I booked a lakeview room that cost £250 a night, but not worth it, the room is really dilapidated, even they don't have a refrigerator at room, I needed to keep my birthday cake in their restaurant. The room price wss including the breakfast but it was lack of choice, they serve breakfast until 10:30 am, when I ordered scrambling egg with smoked salmon toast, they said no more but I saw other customers have it, I thought smoked salmon and egg are very common foods in a hotel restaurant, I wondered why they can tell me no more stocks.
I just can say this hotel not worth for money, they are overpriced.
Staffs are not really friendly. "
