“Nice comfortable house. We had everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable with two nice outdoor seated areas. Great location too. Lots to do nearby. One thing to mention is that the listing says it sleeps 10 but the pullout sofa is on the side indoor patio which you can’t sleep in during cold weather. So some of our party had no other place to sleep but the couch which is right next to the kitchen.. Also, the hot tub is a jet powered tub in the bathroom, not a hot tub. ”

“Great little spot with short, easy ride into town. We had a lot going on and it was very cold so we didn't get to take full advantage of all the back yard had to offer but the fully fenced in yard was great for our dog. We hope to get back in the warmer months to fully utilize all the property and town has to offer. ”

“We had a nice time watching the sunsets from the big windows overlooking the lake. We cooked, played, and laughed together in the large and comfortable living room. ”

“14 of us went to visit my son at RPI for a football game. Loved the property. Back yard was beautiful and completely fenced in! Room for our corn hole game and we could even go into the basement with it when it rained. View is beautiful across the street from the front porch, enjoyed my coffee there. Plenty of space for every to sleep and we even got 9 people on the couch it’s so big. Would rent again!”

“Our stay @ this location was a very positive experience. The host was always available to communicate with as well. There was plenty of space for @least half a dozen people to dorm comfortably. The kitchen had all the amenities and utilities you'd need for your stay. With a giant size TV to watch while eating @ the kitchen table. My favorite part of the house was the view outside of Saratoga Lake from the South end of the lake. Overall it was a beautiful experience to see the Fall foliage of……
