“The staff are friendly and nice, with water dispenser on each floor for easy water refilling. There is also a good pub right next door for quality dining. On the downside, the room and the equipment is a bit worn down (e.g. loose socket, aged building materials) and the room doesn't come with all the sanity packs one usually expected (although they are available upon request). It is also pretty noisy throughout day and night, with party sounds coming from nearby pubs and emergency vehicles'……

“Hotel Arts Kensington was the exact stay I wanted and beyond! The hotel exceeded my expectations from their vibrant and helpful staff, to their excellent continental breakfast. “Staffs are friendly and helpful except one female restaurant staff on duty dated yesterday who was a bit unfriendly after front desk staff guided me to get a glass of warm water at the restaurant. She did not have to act so unfriendly. To be honest, l was a bit “ pissed off “ as there was not hot water boiler inside the guest room ! Others all good. We and another couples will check in again at this hotel between Oct 10 - Oct 12, 2023 and reassess again whether it is commendable to stay at this……
