“Our stay was fantastic. Both hosts were on top of any requests or information we requested. Property owner was welcoming and friendly and went above and beyond for us. Breakfast was scrumptious, with a fabulous homemade gravy. Yum. The kayak trip was perfect and we were able to launch and return to the B&B, although hosts offer drop off and pick up at numerous stops along the river. We definitely will stay again.”

“We stayed here from my daughter‘s wedding. They were nine of us. Everyone had their own bedroom and their own space. The beds were extremely comfortable so were the linens. We also made sure that our people upstairs even one of the kids were comfortable as well. We had a great sitting area for family time and games. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and dishes. Very clean Very spacious. There were fans in every room and additional fans for those for a little bit hot.”

“It was a last minute decision to stay in Breaux Bridge and I was happy to see that the Riley’s had an opening at their place. Decorations were so appropriate for this area and the space was very clean. We were super comfortable. We will book here again! ”

“Really cute spot close to downtown. We had a few issues that the host was quick to respond to, but it did require us to check out two hours early. Host offered to buy us breakfast for the inconvenience (we had to very quickly pack up with a rambunctious 2 year old), but never followed through which was a bit of a disappointment. Overall great stay all things considered. ”

“We stayed here for a long weekend during a family reunion and it was great. Definitely the right size for a couple. Loved strolling the grounds near the Vermilion and bird watching in all the beautiful trees. The house itself was well appointed with everything we needed. It was 21 degrees while we were there, so we especially appreciated the space heaters. Hosts were communicative and helpful. Would totally stay here again. ”

“We had a little wait for cleaning of unit. We visited with family in town during that time. It was an easy commute to their house. Unit was nice and clean on our return. Unit was comfortable and quiet except for a neighbor using a gas chainsaw early on a Saturday morning. Any questions and needs were quickly responded to. Would stay there again!”

“I LOVE THE CONCEPT OF THIS BACK TO BACK DUPLEX IN WHAT I BELIEVE IS AN OLD SHOTGUN HOUSE. PERFECT FOR EVENTS DOWNTOWN. THIS IS A BUSY INTERSECTION! HOWEVER, THERE SEEMS TO BE ADEQUATE INSULATION. I SLEPT WELL. THIS IS A TWO PERSON UNIT. THE BATHROOM IS GREAT FOR A BUBBLE BATH. NICE FIXTURES. CHARMING CABINETS IN THE KITCHEN AND A FAUX FIREPLACE THAT I LOVED. THERE IS ALSO A SMALL WRITING DESK AND COOL SLIDING "BARN DOOR" IN THE LIVING AREA. WITH A FEW TOUCHES REGARDING LANDSCAPING AND PERHAPS……
