My family looked forward to spreading out but 4 bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms were locked. Text host to see if he would open them but he declined. That was disappointing.”

“After a rough year we were able to get a few days away and at the last minute chose this location. Everything we were looking for was there. The home and grounds were beautiful. “The property is as advertised. It's spacious and the beds are comfortable; it was clean when we arrived. The kitchen was well equipped - pretty much everything you could want (except, as one previous guest noted, bowls, and dish cloths). Rogerta responded promptly to emails with small questions and we didn't have any issues during our stay. As noted there is a second apartment in the building and you can occasionally hear talking or the TV, but it was not at volume or enough to disturb anyone……

“The house was large, comfortable, and well appointed. The views looking out over the Bayville cove and Mill Neck were very pretty, and sitting out by the pool was enjoyable. We had a very nice and friendly greeter meet us when we arrived and she helped us choose from the many fine restaurants in the neighborhood. Overall we had a very pleasant stay.”

“This was such a fun place to stay with my family who live in the area but we always have a hard time fitting. We all fit comfortably. It is a well maintained antique home with lots of nice features.
