“Beautiful, comfortable, clean; with a well appointed kitchen. This house has an amazing view of the mouth of the Suslaw (Sp?) river, and beautiful sand dunes across the river. ”

“Three generations ( 7yr-84yr) a great time had by all. Everything we'd hoped for and more. From the paddleboards and peddle craft to crabbing at Charleston and Winchester Bay. ”

“Loved our time here! House was cute with thoughtful touches. Small but very cozy. Smoke alarm goes off with oven cooking so might try to avoid that next time. Would highly recommend and stay again. Host is not lying, stairs are steep.”

“Stopped here for one night on an extended road trip. The cottage easily accommodated our family, and we appreciated the host's recommendation for a delicious dinner. We all had fun discovering all of the crab-themed decor, kitchen gear and collectibles.”

“Super clean and well stocked. Easy to walk to any area of Old town Florence. Only downside is if you like to sleep with the windows open, the garbage and delivery trucks can be noisy.Overall, we loved it”

“House was perfect and had all the amenities. One thing to note we had our 80-year-old mom, she could do the stairs, but it was a lot. ”

“Two story house perfect for a family getaway. Lots of board games, arcade games and small shuffleboard. Comfortable seating in living room and TV's and wifi available. Fenced yard surrounding property but not in any shape to be used for recreation. Great location for visiting surrounding coastal areas and the dunes. House is in a neighborhood of older trailers, but it's quiet and next to fire station.”

“The house was unique and located in a beautiful area next to creek that brought so much joy to the kids as they explored the wilderness. Loved the cleanliness and spacious of the home. The staircase with the tree in the middle was very cool. The swimming beds were loved by the kids but for us adults it felt a bit like being on a boat when trying to sleep but overall a cool experience. ”

“Had a great time on the lake and beaches near by, dunes as well. Property had nice grounds and a dock, paddle boards and kayaks. Grandkids had a good time on the lake and enjoyed the entertainment room downstairs.”
