“There was an underlying smell upon entering this great space. Checked online & “no pets” but the greeting sign said “if you brought a dog clean up after your dog” so confused! Surprised that there is also a tenant above as well as the antique store in front, 3 units. We heard their TV & walking around so I was concerned then with our music! Overall a good place with good outdoor sitting areas & a propane fire pit. The bed was comfortable & plenty of hot water & towels. Kitchen a bit sparse but……

“On the last day the toilet tank would not fill with water so flushing was a challenge. Otherwise very nice, relaxful and beautiful sunshine.”

“Laurel House is a short walk from Old Town and very quiet. It is comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The host was very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

“The cottage was perfect. Clean, fresh linens, etc. The view of the river, fishing, kayaking or cooking out was so relaxing. Close to Eugene and next door to Florence on the coast where there are sights and good restaurants galore. Chad and Judi were wonderful hosts. Friendly, knowledgeable, assessable, helpful, but not in your face. Highly recommend.”

“We loved our stay at this wonderful Florence home. We had two kids and 5 adults and there was room to spare. The pictures are very accurate and the location was great. The view is spectacular and the outdoor spaces are beautiful. There is some traffic noise from the highway but you can’t hear it at all when you are inside. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. Everything was very clean and my favorite thing is that the house is fully stocked with what you need to have. We cooked full……

“This fully functioning 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home had everything we needed for our stay. Although there is no AC, we didn’t need it. It gets cool at night and all rooms have ceiling fans. If anything you may need to turn a bit of heat on. Lakeside is the closest town about 5 minutes away, and North Bend/Coos Bay about 15-20 minutes away. ”

“First, I wanna say that William is one of the best hosts I’ve ever had. The place is exactly as advertised with no deficiencies. Everything worked. Nothing messed up. Every time I contacted William, his response was almost immediate and there were no problems. It is perfectly situated for you to do anything you want you on the coast or in the mountains. William is a wonderful host and makes your stay very comfortable”
