“Fourth time our group of fly fishers have stayed here. Besides the closeness of streams to fish, there are many other activities and sites to visit for non fishers. The property is always super clean and has everything you need for meal prep and cooking. Owner promptly replies to any request or question.”

“Stayed here to be in close proximity to Grayson Highlands state park for a trail race. Nothing negative to say about our lodging and the property. We had everything we needed and the grounds are beautiful. Highly recommend if you are escaping the city and want a relaxing stay in the playground I call the mountains!”

“We were in town to visit the in-laws. Normally we stay with them, but this time some extra family was also in town so I searched for another option. We were so happy to have found Greystone. Great location, everything was clean and well maintained. The cabin was stocked with everything you could need, the hot tub and the deck were perfect for relaxing. The host was so helpful and easy to contact. If you’re looking, do yourself a favor and book. You won’t regret it! ”

“Marc’s cottage is in a great location: private among the trees but close enough to W Jeff that we could quickly and easily drive into town for lunch, and very close to state parks for hiking/picnics. The cottage furniture was comfortable and there were plenty of places to choose from that make perfect reading nooks. It’s a great place to chill in for days or be home base for adventures. We will be back!”

“The cabin is very well taken care of. We 1st stayed when it was fairly new. The hot tub is excellent, clean, clear, and no chlorine smell. Quite and away from the hussle and bussle of life. ”

“A nice place to stay, property was very nice and easy to walk around with the dogs which also loved the place. Location is good easy to get around nice and peaceful. Property manager was very responsive and keep us informed of any problems in the area. Overall, we had a great time. ”

“The property lived up to the description and Bob was the perfect host! I love that it's a family home he's sharing with visitors to the area. It was convenient to the wedding we attended at the Summit on Cross Mountain. The parkway was nearby and W Jefferson was a 30 minutes drive away. It was cozy and have us a place to wind down before and after the festivities. I love that it's surrounded by Christmas tree farms a well.”

“We live on the NC coast and getting to go to the Mtns is a real treat and this home did not disappoint. From its central location to The Jefferson's and Boone to its open floor plan and wood burning stove. We thoroughly enjoyed it!”
