“We had a wonderful stay at this updated farmhouse. Check in was easy. The host communicated all details and was available to answer questions via text. The house was spotless and details for guests well thought out. We enjoyed dinner at a nearby restaurant, La Rosa. Quiet, peaceful… we would love to stay here again! Thank you!”

“We had a wonderful time at the property. It is much more spacious than the pictures do it justice. The house was ls clean and well organized and K, the property owner was fantastic. Very responsive to questions and even came and plowed and salted while we were there due to the slow and ice storm we experienced. The property is about 25’ from Elk Mountain but the drive is easy and pretty. I would suggest AWD or FWD of going during the winter since many of the roads in that area are snow and ice……

“Loved the location. It’s very private with a huge yard. It’s really nice the owner can provide firewood (small fee) and there are tongs to make s’ mores. All the basic supplies were there- toliet paper and dish soap. Basic kitchen spices, too. The bed we picked wasn’t great- sinks after a bit, but not terrible. Had fun playing games and watching TV. I will definitely rent again. The trails in the park are magnificent. Ice cream at Fran’s Dairy Barn is yummy! We took advantage of the nicely……

“We booked this to be close to the rural venue of a family wedding. There were 8 of us, including the groom, and we all absolutely loved this house. It feels bigger on the inside than in looks from the outside, the rooms are so spacious and airy, lots of windows and sunlight. Modern in the ways it needs to be but retaining its idyllic, old farmhouse identity. The kitchen is incredible, and served us well in preparing a bunch of wedding food. We didn’t have much free time to fully enjoy the……

“This is not a luxury hotel - but this is a great property for getting away from it all with enough room for an extended family! The kitchen is huge and well stocked. Each room has its own window AC and several rooms have their own bathroom. The Dining Room/Sunroom/Living Room layout is great for large groups - we even moved tables around and fit our whole family (20 people) at one long table one night! Don't worry about packing linens and towels (except maybe a beach towel) as that is all taken……
