“My husband and I very much enjoyed staying at My Pointe of View. The house is not only beautiful, but comfortable with multiple porches and great views from each of them. We had originally planned more day trips but decided to limit them so we could spend more time at the house, just enjoying the water, seeing many birds, deer (right in the back yard), and yes, finally seeing some dolphins! All in all a wonderful week!”

“My wife and I have been coming to Hyde County for years to hunt and fish, this cottage suitet us just fine. Perfect location and an added bonus having fresh oysters just across the road. Quiet and well appointed and cozy enough for 5 guests. Owner is quick to answer if there are problems and very nice. We will be back next year, God willing.”

“Great house for all ages and so close to the lake. ”

“It was the perfect size and location for us. Easy to get in and out each day. Had everything we needed. ”

“The property was something out of a fairytale novel. It was so cozy and cute. The host provided everything you could want in a rental and more. The organic egg basket was very appreciated. The stars you can see at night are mind blowing. And the space heaters throughout were perfect for getting comfortable with the colder weather. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking. ”
