“I know you generally get what you pay for. Because of the Eclipse this was the only hotel we could find and we knew to expect it to be rough. We booked seven months in advance, and just before our rental the room became unavailable due to maintenance issues. We appreciated that even though they had difficulties, they found a way to accommodate us. However, there were piles of dead bugs all over the floor, as though they had just been exterminated. we had to ask the front desk for a broom to……

“We greatly enjoyed our stay at The Ranch Suites. Bonnie confirmed our check-in time, kindly arranging for a check-in after regular office hours. The room was well-appointed, including an extra blanket and pillows, and candy on our pillows upon arrival. Blackout curtains ensured the room stayed dark while we slept. “When i first got there, it was hard understand the check lady, but she told me i couldn't have guests come see me, which i thought was very rude, but once i checked in, in went to room, very nice when i walked in. Nice and clean. But i was there for 5 days and house cleaning NEVER came not one time. I went and bought my own towels to use. ”
