“The rooms were clean, the manager was very polite. The only problem was there was hair on the bathroom floor, not just one strand, quite a few and a hair on the nightstand and it wasn’t mine. I did tell the manager and he apologized for it. I would stay there again ”

“I know you generally get what you pay for. Because of the Eclipse this was the only hotel we could find and we knew to expect it to be rough. We booked seven months in advance, and just before our rental the room became unavailable due to maintenance issues. We appreciated that even though they had difficulties, they found a way to accommodate us. However, there were piles of dead bugs all over the floor, as though they had just been exterminated. we had to ask the front desk for a broom to……

“The staff was friendly and helpful. The driveway and parking lot had quite a few pot holes. But other than that, i had a good stay.”

“I had requested a 6 am wake-up call and I didn't receive one. I woke up early any way at 5:15 am so, there was no harm. But I was disappointed about not receiving the call. I didn't tell them because I didn't want to deal with it. I needed to get on with my business.”
