“If you want on King St in the middle of downtown this is the place. Easy parking. Check-in was at four, but we were pleasantly surprised that we were texted at noon saying the apartment was available. The owner is also accommodated a late check out on short notice due to a change in our plans. We very much appreciated the owners flexibility. The beds were extremely comfortable. The apartment was very clean. The AC worked amazing and was actually chilly at times :-) I would highly recommend this……

“My family loved using this property as our base to explore Charleston at Christmastime. It was across the street from an entrance to The Charleston Place so we could enjoy all that decor. “We booked this unit vs two hotel rooms over by MUSC. Great decision - location right downtown in the middle of everything.Communications before, during and after the stay were fabulous. Our pre-arrival questions were responded to nearly immediately.We had one minor maintenance issue during the stay which was promptly addressed and fixed. “This property was absolutely perfect for our stay in Charleston! We have no complaints! It was beautiful and historic, and had the historical but industrial look!
