Easy access to pool and walking trails as well as a quick ride to the beach. A blessing in a turbulent time for our family.”

“Seabrook is a great place to enjoy the beach. You can sit on the deck and watch people playing tennis. The kitchen had everything you needed. Bring your own bath soap and shampoo etc. The bed and rooms were comfortable. Could not figure out how to use the TV but I wasn't there to watch TV. The walls are THIN. You can hear your neighbors. ”

“The view and access to the beach are unbeatable; the location, design, landscaping, and maintenance of the house itself is spectacular; the logical thought, sound decision making, care, and thoughtfulness of the owners and property manager are evident in every detail of the house and amenities provided; communication with the property manager was wonderful and to the highest standard of excellence; the island itself is breathtaking, as are the views of the birds and sea life from the house and……

“Fantastic location with easy beach access. House is stocked with trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels. Little village market 7 miles up the road with a super market and nice restaurants. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided but were dated. No beach towels and very few bath towels. Wildlife all around the house which was amazing to watch. We even saw dolphins while sitting in the living room. Overall an amazing vacation that I would recommend to anyone. ”

“We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this Villa. It was clean, well appointed, and easy to access. It's a real bonus that they take my dog. The time with my daughter and my family was wonderful. Would definitely stay here again.”

“The location was excellent, but the property is in need of a refresh. The beds were uncomfortable and squeaky. The dishwasher was basically useless and we had to hand wash almost everything. There were numerous roaches. There was a delay with check in due to the cleaning crew and we had to wait over an hour in our car with groceries.”
