“This unit in Kingsmill was just as it was pictured and described in the VRBO ad, plus it was clean, attractive, and had a comfortable bed. We were visiting Williamsburg mid April for a friend's memorial, so we were happy to be away from the hustle bustle of some hotels in the area, yet close to the attractions if we desired that. The entire neighborhood that this unit is in is gorgeous; extremely well maintained and beautifully landscaped. This unit is a very short walk to the James River marina……

“Excellent location near Naval Base Norfolk right off Tidewater Dr (VA 168). MIMOR glitch with access code, but it was fixed within seconds with a call to Ezmel. Gas stove might have a leak, but it did not detract from our stay (Let Ezmel know). Great yard for the dogs with good lighting and multiple solar lights.This is our first VRBO and we will reuse this property when we return to Virginia.”

“About 20 minutes to walking & colonial Williamsburg, 20 to Busch Gardens. Very clean. It was really warm when we arrived but cooled down well enough (the upstairs more effectively than the downstairs but both were pleasant). This is a Hilton run resort and it was a gorgeous property with lots to do on its campus (indoor pool, mini golf, walking grounds, gym, fishing, etc etc). The kitchens were well enough appointed. Make sure you bring salt and pepper as they weren't included with the "basics."……

“Loved staying here. It is much more spacious than you would think. Also appreciated the work being done to update but maintain the feel of staying in an older home. The beach was nice and just a short walk over the dunes. Looking forward to staying here again when we come back to the area. The old school video game was also great!”
