“We needed a place with a full kitchen, with a dining area, that was friendly to pets, and that was close to UNC for a weekend visit with our daughter, a UNC student. “The online pictures made this unit look so cute. However, it was dusty, and old. I think it has a moisture problem, and the air freshener was so strong I could smell it in my purse and on my clothes after leaving. The bathtub had a hole in the ceiling on arrival, with debris in the tub. The kitchen was sparsely supplied, not even a toaster. Also, it was very hot outside during our visit, and we couldn’t turn up the air conditioning, and with no ceiling fans it was a bit stuffy. The balcony area……

Kathy was wonderful with thorough instructions prior to arrival as well as detailed information located in condo which made for a seamless stay. The labeling throughout the condo was an unexpected treat that was very useful during my stay. The location was convenient for accessing quaint downtown restaurants and enjoyable evening walks.
