“The location is only about 15 minutes driving from ferry terminal. There are only 5 minutes walking distance to Baudin Beach which the sunset is so beautiful. The room setting does not really convenience which seems bit old. Lots of birds stay the trees next to the room which are bit noisy in early morning about 5:00 to 6:00a.m. We woke up at 5:00a.m. due to birds' noisy sound. “Highly recommend Ocean View at Vivonne Bay! The name says it all -- it definitely has the best view in town. The accommodations were perfect for my husband, adult daughter and I. This was our first visit to Kangaroo Island and we found Vivonne Bay to be a great location to explore the island from. Highlights were feeding the wallabies carrots every evening and watching them from the deck and the gorgeous sunrises over the bay. ”
