“Love this little cottage. It is located on the heart of Chappell Hill. We have stayed here many times and this place always feels like home away from home. Cozy and peaceful. House is decorated so cute and VERY CLEAN! The host Mrs Susie is the sweetest and she always makes sure you are well taken care of. ”

“We took 38 seniors and 7 staff members to the ranch for 4 days and 3 nights on our Senior Class trip to Houston. The ranch had everything we could want and more. The communication with our host was quick and easy, and if any minor issue arose, it was taken care of immediately. We felt very safe in the location and it was easily accessible. There was ample parking for our bus and SUV, with no worry of bothering the neighbors. Our students enjoyed the amenities and were very happy with their stay.……

“It was really a nice place and a nice area. I had never been to this part of Texas before and I fell in love. There is so much right next to the unit to get into, I honestly want to come back. And the unit was great too, two master suite with a back porch. If I do come back (which is a strong possibility) Im looking here first!”

It’s an older neighborhood BUT being VRBO owners, we definitely approve of this place and plan on coming back in the future Our dogs felt safe here and that is very important to us. We cannot even get a hotel without them going crazy, they relaxed at this house and had a great time during our stay. We loved sitting in the backyard listening to the thunder, watching squirrels and birds. The location is 100% perfect, away from busy……
