Our room was very clean and I love that it was built in the 1800’s. We never had a day where we weren’t busy. We really enjoyed the breakfast and we walked to town almost everyday. “The Inn at Primrose Hill cancelled my birthday present trip hours before we were to arrive. So unprofessional and so "Terrible" is the review since we never had the "joy" of a happy birthday celebration. Full disclosure, they did rebook us at a motel in the area, but that wasn't much of a birthday "gift".

“Delightful in located blocks from the ocean in Castine. Really great breakfast, bikes available to use, good wifi. There was a power outage due to a storm while I was there and while the building didn't have a generator, breakfast was still served the next morning and I noticed very little difference to the inn's normal procedures. Just a small thing, I don't think the heat in my room was on and it felt about 10 degrees colder in there than in the hallway outside. This is likely not an issue for……
