“Perfect for 2 people or less,Location was great! Close to all kinds of places to see and things to do in walking distance or short drive!”

“This is a cute house in a quiet neighborhood. Nice kitchen and great backyard. The fence securely contained our 12# pup. Easy walk to the market and coffee shops of Gearheart. We stayed a week to explore the northern coast. We hope to come back next year. ”

“Quiet, self guided place. There is no host to make the place feel personalized but the quality of the stay seems to have improved from previous stays by other guests. Just a few blocks from the beach this group of cottages are off the main drag enough that most things passing by are pedestrians. Parking was convenient and the neighborhood is very quiet. The space was small but as advertised. Clean: Floors, sheets, dishes. The shower stayed warm after a bit and the water out of the faucet is……

“Very comfortable and cozy house, well-appointed and with a lovely private deck (two of them, actually) overlooking a small wetland. ”

“Excellent Cottage! It is literally right across the street from the beach access trail. it leads down a slightly steep hill to the private beach! Has all the amenities, just not Keurig. 5 min drive or 20 min walk to downtown. We had a great time! ”

“Great little house offering so much to do. Beds were comfortable. Foosball ended up being a hit. The bicycles were a little rickety but served their purpose. So close to the beach and such a lovely section of beach it is. The response was prompt when we had questions. The bicycle shed was very difficult to open and almost impossible to close. Overall greatly contributed to the success of the trip.”

“The property was super clean and well tended. The outdoor deck was large and so nice for having a group BBQ. The hot tub and fire pit looked great. During our short 2 night stay, it was stormy, cool, windy and limited our use of those amenities. We did make a hike to the estuary beach, which is very close and found it would be wonderful for sandcastle making. The ocean beach was a slightly longer (but not long) walk. It was huge, gorgeous and due to the weather, deserted except for some……

“We liked the firepit and the pond. The cottage is cute and well- stocked. It was not cleaned well after the last guest. We found food in two different areas. The carpets had not been vacuumed. We couldn't find kitchen towels and the tvs were difficult to use.”
