“Arrived hotel and requested for early check in on 4th Oct around 10am. The reception guy was very friendly and helpful with my request. He politely advised the room not ready and after few minutes he called me from the lobby and found the suitable room but asking whether am I okay with smoking floor. So, managed to check in earlier than expected. Room was tidy and good stay! Thanks to reception guy which I forgot his name but he shall get a salary raise for his politeness. Keep it up!”
