“This hotel bed have ‘bad bug’ . My legs and whole body right now all little red rash. And very inch. I don’t know how the get so many good reviews. Don’t trust this hotel . The old lady at front desk try to charge me $20 for parking per day . The machine shows only $6 if you pay parking by self .after I show her my book includes parking . She stop talking . ”

“From the moment we checked in we received superior service. Front desk staff were pleasant and accommodating. When I mentioned being in town for a concert at Camping World Stadium, he quickly offered information on the free shuttle service available to and from the venue. Our room was clean and comfortable, with toiletries provided in the shower. There is a Starbucks/bistro next to reception, a 7/11adjacent to the property, and several dining options within walking distance. The hotel is located……

“Hotel is clean and lobby is attractive. Room offers plenty of space with in- room amenities to make a few days stay comfortable. Hotel is close to Sanford/Orlando airport for ease of travel. If this location is on my travel agenda again, I will definitely stay here.”

The only thing that I have to complain about is that they sell little stuff in the front desk and we bought a salad and when we opened it it was slimy and disgusting and when we return it, she said they will give me back the money and at the end they still charge me the $15 for the salad”
