“This is a quiet little space in a quiet little town. Its a very "vintage" home, but dont let that discourage you from renting this lovely home. Beds are super comfortable, immaculately clean & comfortable. I had to contact owners directly as the Evolve team was lousy at communication. Owner was lovely and accomodating!! Thanks for a wonderful place to stay!”

“This was an instant book so my credit card was charged immediately. I messaged the owner, as instructed by VRBO, for check in information. No response. I chatted with VRBO, they made an attempt to contact him, no luck. The phone number provided for the owner was not a working number. We were not able to check in. I read similar reviews but couldn’t believe VRBO would allow this property to remain if they were true. Trust the reviews! In the end, VRBO assisted me with a refund. ”

“Everything was great except AC went down on day 3 of 5. We opened doors and windows with fans to cool off late in evening. They gave me some refund for inconvenience but did not get it fixed before we left. The facility was nice and worked very well otherwise.”
