GREAT PROPERTY BUT CHECK OUT IS TOO EARLY

The property and communication is fantastic but check out of 10 am is not a good business practice. Especially with 4 pm check in. Property manager kept sending text messages if we wish to check in earlier or check out later the fee is 100 per hour

LOVED our stay! College girls trip for us 50 yr old ladies who are not into roughing it anymore!This place had everything we needed and more!We immediately were impressed with the decor - beautiful kitchen and bedrooms.The huge kitchen table was perfect for us to eat breakfast, drink our coffee and plan our outings as well as play cards at night. It was a bit cooler than we expected so we didnt use the outside table/porch, but did run outside to see the Javalinas in the yard!!! Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were perfect for us. Sedona is expensive so we decided to cook a few nights and this place had everything we needed - and *nice* cookware! Plus...a salad spinner! Luxury!Very impressed, very happy with our stay. Wish we could have this home at all of our girls trip destinations!Thanks!

Lived Up To Its Billing

We were quite pleased with the property. Of the many we’ve stayed at, this is the first that has actually been as clean as claimed. The location was convenient to our planned activities. The neighborhood was quiet. The views from the property were great. We would certainly consider returning at a future date.

Perfect for longer stays

We were in Sedona for 3 days and 2 nights and chose this house for its views, location to town, and amenities. Kitchen quality is important for us because we do cook most of the time. This is one of the best-outfitted kitchens we've stayed in. Also, quietness and comfortable beds are huge. This checked both those boxes as well. If we were coming back for a week this would be a perfect place. We were only there a short time and did not get to take advantage of the bikes, pool passes, or the national park pass that was available. I would give this house 10 out of 10.

Exceptional Experience

Highly recommended this property. It’s gorgeous, spacious, professionally decorated inside, with great deck with beautiful views. We are three adult women, and we were impressed with the property management’s responsiveness when minor IT issues had us stumped. We would love to come back and stay again. Easily sleeps six. Two full baths and one half bath.

Very nicely remodeled home

This home is fantastic. Newly updated with great decor, furniture, amenities. We absolutely LOVED the interior as well as the amazing views. At night it was quiet and serene, just as you’d expect Sedona to be. Unfortunately there are very loud renovations next door during the day. We would absolutely stay here again, hopefully the next door reno will be done by then.

As described - would recommend!

Wonderful property in convenient location. Stayed here with our three teens - they all approved. Well appointed and very clean. We chose this location for its comfortable ambience, location, views, bikes, and outdoor space. All these areas met our expectations. Plenty of comfy spaces for everyone but not so spread out that people disappeared. Kitchen was well supplied with all the pots/pans/dishes one could want. Well supplied with towels and blankets - lots of lovely blankets. We were disappointed that 4 bikes were provided but only two helmets as the bikes were a real draw for us. Would stay here again and would highly recommend. One of our best VRBO stays.

We booked this last minute as Phoenix was way too hot. This is a perfect spot in Sedona close to everything, well maintained, comfy, clean and updated. Will definitely stay again if we ever come back to the area

Really nice property

Really nice home! We were 3 adults and 3 children. The property is within walking distance to a few restaurants and very close to many hiking trails. Everything was great, but the property could use beach towels. Also, the owners had let their pool passes expire. The community pool was a big reason we booked this property so that was a frustrating hour of trying to figure out what was wrong. We were told we would be refunded if we bought passes but the pool staff was understanding and let us in.

The Place To Stay In Sedona!

Everything about this beautiful home was perfect for our stay - comfortable beds with luxury bedding, spacious, well equipped and immaculate. We enjoyed the great deck for morning coffee and stargazing. Great lclose in location. We would definitely stay here again!

We got a different home 2 hours before arrival

Unfortunately we didn’t stay at this home, which we hand selected and booked months ahead, due to this home having some AC issues. We got switched to a different home by property management. While we appreciated having the AC since it was quite warm during our stay, the home we were upgraded to wasn’t what we were looking for.

Relaxing & Comfy Sedona Home

We really enjoyed staying in this house on our trip. It is pretty, and comfortable overall. It is in a perfect neighborhood, good proximity to everything local. We loved that they had a great balcony, awesome fireplace open living area & kitchen, garage space, bikes, blankets, movies, streaming services, blow dryers and much more. Two things that could be improved in my opinion - twin beds were on the hard side, and different thickness of pillows available. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!

Great location and well appointed home. Everything exceeded our expectations. Very responsive management company on a few questions we had. Walkable to community park with trailheads, tennis & mountain biking access. Friendly neighbors and we loved the bikes and other sports equipment provided. Highly recommend this beautiful home.

Perfect location and great house

We loved this house. Clean (except for the second bedroom bed), updated bathrooms, kitchen and good seating in living space. Would stay here again. Kitchen well stocked with all we needed. Great extras like outside blankets and coolers for hiking and star gazing. Hiking books and maps, bikes and sports equipment for nearby park and board games etc. We went in Dec(off season). If planning to go during peak times getting a left turn onto main road would be difficult so you would have to go left and get to next intersection to turn around. 2 complaints would be the front door is hard to get into with the key pad so many times we just used the garage entrance. Also, the second bedroom had sand in the bed but thankfully there were extra sheets in the closet, so we did not have to wash those before we went to bed after a long day of traveling.
