“A wonderful place for a family get together a game room filled with anything you can think of nice fire pit which we enjoyed and firewood supplied was a nice treat. Large front and back decks made nice places for gatherings, but definitely would visit again.”

“We were visiting Marlinton, WV to bicycle ride the Greenbriar Trail. This house was perfect as you could ride to the trail within a few minutes. The house is also close to restaurants and a bike shop. The bed was very comfortable. The bed and bathroom linens were excellent. There is a cute kitchen with all the equipment you would need for a meal. Also chilled mugs for your beer. Overall we had a great stay and will be recommending to our friends. ”

“September 6-8, we had a great time at Roger's cabin. We came specifically to take the train ride in Cass. The cabin was very nice, clean, comfortable, roomy, had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the porch which had a gate to keep our dog from wandering. Also had a zip line leash for dogs, and water bowls. We noticed no fire wood there, so we didn't use the fire pit. Perhaps because it's been so dry there. We had some confusion about which driveway was the correct cabin, but……

“Such a sweet small town and this rental is a great location because it’s just a few blocks from restaurants, the river, and the rail trail but far enough that there isn’t much traffic! The home is fully stocked with everything you need (they seriously thought of everything!) The host was super easy to chat with about local suggestions and questions about our planning before arriving! The house doesn’t have AC but fans are provided for each room which was helpful! We even brought a couple more……

“This was our 2nd stay here, for a week with our mini golden doodle, and we all enjoyed every minute. Quiet neighborhood. Super convenient to the rail trail. We saw a mama bear and baby cub along the trail, as well as a young adult bear on the other bank of the river, several coyotes and Bald Eagles. “We had a good time here, but there are things that could use improvement. There was a snowstorm the day we were set to arrive and we were not sure if we were going to be able to get to the property. I got a text from the owner of the house the day of check in asking if we had a 4WD vehicle as the road goes unplowed usually. Luckily, we had AWD and snow tires so we were okay. I wish we would have had been notified sooner of the lack of phone service, lack of plowing, and also the fact that there……
