“Overall, my accommodations were great, but there were a few things I did like. The lobby had a wet mildew smell to it, there was only one working elevator and the hallways were extremely hot. The rooms was comfortable and cool. The bathroom was nice and clean. I was able to sleep very comfortably in the suit.”

“My overall stay was pleasant. My only wish is that the A/C worked in the lobby area. it was very muggy.”

“Overall I was very satisfied. It was plenty of space and clean. Didn’t see any bugs which is always my concern staying at Hotels or extended stay type of places. The bed was actually super comfy! Only issue was we couldn’t get the tv in the living room to connect to the WiFi so I had to use my hotspot on my phone. The General Manager was very accommodating since I was super late getting in town from Texas! I will be staying here again! ”

“The main complaint I have is that this is now a Holiday Inn Express and that was unknown when I was trying to find it. There we no signs saying it was "Cross Creek Inn" so we kept driving in circles after a long ride trying to find our hotel. Don't get me wrong... we were pleasantly surprised as Holiday Inn Express is one of our favorite hotels! The only othert complaint is there are no vending machines or market in the hotel to get drinks or snacks and no water fountain/cooler that I was aware……
