“It was a cute little cottage. We didn't think it was cleaned...and having little ones, its important. We pulled the futon out and were surprised by all the crumbs that were in the crease. Also the fans were full of dust and a lounge chair was tore. Instructions were out dated..or not for that cottage. They instructed to leave dishes in dishwasher but theres no dishwasher. Instructions did say there was a quiet time and having to wear wrist bands, and one parking spot per rental. We saw more……

“This was the perfect place to stay for our Thanksgiving family reunion. It is neat, tidy, comfortable, and well-appointed. “Was a perfect place to stay. Nice night life, college atmosphere. Very interesting place not far from Austin. Actually apartment was perfect. “We love this cabin. We stayed here last year so we already knew what to expect and it did not disappoint!It is in the perfect area to branch out and see everything the Hill Country has to offer. They love dogs of any size so we were able to bring our 110 lb Golden with us, most places do not allow this. The cabin is very nice, it's very clean and easy to keep clean during our stay. The owners are available when needed and are very nice. We would recommend this cabin to anyone.”

“The property was as advertized. It was very spacious and with many rooms to accommodate our family. Our host was very informative, and prompt to answer any questions we had.
