“I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the property. It was so well set up, everything we needed was available. The private porch area is great for relaxing and the hot tub was clean and well-kept. The neighborhood is outside of city limits but the drive to anything we wanted to do was short. I would stay here again any time I’m in San Marcos! You can tell the owner takes pride in providing an excellent experience. ”

“This was the perfect place to stay for our Thanksgiving family reunion. It is neat, tidy, comfortable, and well-appointed. I'd give it a 5-star but it did have a few minor maintenance issues (knob on tub was broken, bathroom door didn't fully latch closed). Would definitely stay again in the future! Thank you :-)”

“We really enjoyed our stay in this adorable apartment. The listing was very accurate, the home was clean, equipped with everything we needed and Steven & Jennifer made everything such a breeze. This first floor unit (there are a few steps you have to take down to enter) offered was easy to access and we had no problem parking our truck. I work remote and had no issues with the WiFi. The smart TV also had many options of things to watch. The fans in the living room and bedroom really put off some……
