“Easy to access and spot on to the listing. Beautiful property that felt tucked away without having to be miles down a dirt road. Would recommend this one to anybody looking for a spot to unwind. All of the small notes to make it feel homey and warm were noticed the second we walked through the door! Thanks for having us, will definitely be back!”

“It was a cute little cottage. We didn't think it was cleaned...and having little ones, its important. We pulled the futon out and were surprised by all the crumbs that were in the crease. Also the fans were full of dust and a lounge chair was tore. Instructions were out dated..or not for that cottage. They instructed to leave dishes in dishwasher but theres no dishwasher. Instructions did say there was a quiet time and having to wear wrist bands, and one parking spot per rental. We saw more……

“We enjoyed our stay at the beautiful apartment. The location was perfect. However, there were a few things that were NOT expected. The patio door handle was broken.There were NO plates, NO coffee cups (there was a coffee maker!), and no dish towels. There were also only 2 glasses. We had to purchase paper plates and coffee cups. I wish there had been blankets for the beds ( which were very comfortable).All in all we had a good stay. ”

“The host was very accommodating, and the location couldn't have been better. Easy access on the first floor for older folks, close to town, with the beautiful river in the backyard. I would definitely stay here again.”

“The unit was nicely renovated. The grounds were well kept. Nicely located near the New Braunfels action. However, there was a loud party below us well after midnight on our 2nd night there. Went down and tried talking to them, we ended up calling the cops. Did no good. Up all night. We left a day early from our planned booking, and would not stay there again.”
