“We loved the property and the views. The house was well built and beautiful. The stairs didn't creek and were sturdy. The bathroom in the Morning Glory suite was beautiful. We didn't know the towels were in the bottom drawer of the vanity until the last day, so I sign telling where the towels are would be nice. The bed was terribly uncomfortable and almost unusable for me as I have spinal issues. I had to have a few drinks to be able to lie down on it. The check-in and checkout were very easy……

“Nice property, super quite during the weekdays as the town is more active on the weekends. Rooms were simple but had what we needed, pool was nice, fairly close to the central area of town. When we had a question we got a quick response. ”

“We went to San Marcos to attend a graduation ceremony & celebration. This cottage was in a perfect location. Seemed to be less than 10 minutes from everything we needed. Perfect location.”

“This property was excellent as a hosting house with ample space for family to stay in the area during graduation ceremonies and for friends to visit to celebrate after. The only issue is that the property seemed very finicky with upkeep. As when we arrived the pool was dirty, even with a scheduled cleaning, was dirtier than expected and had to be repaired over our stay. The property also had booked someone to mow the lawn during our stay and we had to refill the propane. And the A/C was in need……

"房间一股烟味，马桶的坐垫已经破败不堪却舍不得换，早餐除了有限的牛奶和麦片还有waffle 以外没有任何东西，连水都没有，也没cheese，jelly要跟前台要否则不会摆在外面，这种条件根本不值房价"
