“Our stay at this property was for 3 days and was very enjoyable. Close to the TXST campus, walkable if weather is good, clean, quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed visiting the square, the campus and the river. The host was very responsive to messages and her host cat welcomed us each time we returned. “Easy to access and spot on to the listing. Beautiful property that felt tucked away without having to be miles down a dirt road. Would recommend this one to anybody looking for a spot to unwind. All of the small notes to make it feel homey and warm were noticed the second we walked through the door! Thanks for having us, will definitely be back!”

“It was a cute little cottage. We didn't think it was cleaned...and having little ones, its important. We pulled the futon out and were surprised by all the crumbs that were in the crease. Also the fans were full of dust and a lounge chair was tore. Instructions were out dated..or not for that cottage. They instructed to leave dishes in dishwasher but theres no dishwasher. Instructions did say there was a quiet time and having to wear wrist bands, and one parking spot per rental. We saw more……

“The host was very accommodating, and the location couldn't have been better. Easy access on the first floor for older folks, close to town, with the beautiful river in the backyard. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Good Area and enjoy time en nice place… ese you next year”

“The unit was nicely renovated. The grounds were well kept. Nicely located near the New Braunfels action. However, there was a loud party below us well after midnight on our 2nd night there. Went down and tried talking to them, we ended up calling the cops. Did no good. Up all night. We left a day early from our planned booking, and would not stay there again.”

“Loved the large covered porch and the surrounding property.”

“Me and my daughter stayed for 4 night.The apartment was very clean and welcoming, lovely decor. It had everything we needed. The only thing I would say they could add is Ann extra sheet, pillow and blankets for anyone sleeping on the couch. Mane some board games. The location is perfect in the center of town, but is is quiet a littl sanctuary. The communication was perfect also. I would highly recommend this stylish place to stay. ”
