“The property appears relatively new and well maintained. It’s an apartment complex. The furnishings, decor and cleanliness was as if it was a model unit…like no one has been in it before. Very comfortable king sized bed. Eddy was professional and very timely responding to my messages. ”

“I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the property. It was so well set up, everything we needed was available. The private porch area is great for relaxing and the hot tub was clean and well-kept. The neighborhood is outside of city limits but the drive to anything we wanted to do was short. I would stay here again any time I’m in San Marcos! You can tell the owner takes pride in providing an excellent experience. ”

“When we arrived check in process was very easy. I did have a small issue with the cleanness of the apartment but the Landing was quick to respond and send someone out to clean. Other than that everything went perfect. Fit my family’s needs and was overall wonderful. If we are in Seguin again I would definitely stay again!”
