“It was a cute little cottage. We didn't think it was cleaned...and having little ones, its important. We pulled the futon out and were surprised by all the crumbs that were in the crease. Also the fans were full of dust and a lounge chair was tore. Instructions were out dated..or not for that cottage. They instructed to leave dishes in dishwasher but theres no dishwasher. Instructions did say there was a quiet time and having to wear wrist bands, and one parking spot per rental. We saw more……

“The host was very accommodating, and the location couldn't have been better. Easy access on the first floor for older folks, close to town, with the beautiful river in the backyard. I would definitely stay here again.”

“The unit was nicely renovated. The grounds were well kept. Nicely located near the New Braunfels action. However, there was a loud party below us well after midnight on our 2nd night there. Went down and tried talking to them, we ended up calling the cops. Did no good. Up all night. We left a day early from our planned booking, and would not stay there again.”

“Me and my daughter stayed for 4 night.The apartment was very clean and welcoming, lovely decor. It had everything we needed. The only thing I would say they could add is Ann extra sheet, pillow and blankets for anyone sleeping on the couch. Mane some board games. The location is perfect in the center of town, but is is quiet a littl sanctuary. The communication was perfect also. I would highly recommend this stylish place to stay. ”

“This was the perfect place to stay for our Thanksgiving family reunion. It is neat, tidy, comfortable, and well-appointed. I'd give it a 5-star but it did have a few minor maintenance issues (knob on tub was broken, bathroom door didn't fully latch closed). Would definitely stay again in the future! Thank you :-)”

“This apartment was super convenient for our trip. Being only a few miles from New braunfels main attractions was really nice. Nick made the check in/ check out process super simple and was very responsive to any questions I had prior to our stay.”

“The apartment was comfortable and decorated very nice. Bed mattress/frame was squeaky. For coffee-there were pods but no Kerig and there were filters for the coffee maker but no coffee. It wasn’t too far to walk to town and that was fine because parking in Gruene looked challenging. I thought it was extremely high priced, especially with such an early check out (10.00 am). And for every extra hour you wanted to stay cost more and more. To get out of the room at 10 am was a money grab. Plus……
