“This place was Great. It was very clean and had all we needed to feel at home. The walk to the river was beautiful, I wish it was summer but nevertheless it was so very nice. Restaurants and downtown shopping are a rock throw away and a must to visit Gruene Historical District. We had a fabulous time, thank you Romantic Casita for hosting us. “Was in town for a show at Gruene hall so wanted something walking distance from the venue. Easy 5 minute walk. There was a good little bar across the street we enjoyed as well. Couldn’t find the light for the shower or it was burned out but other than that the casita was great!Did not get my check in email but a quick call to the owner solved that issue. Responsive and quick. ”

“The Palmer’s guest house was perfect for our anniversary celebration. We ate at Palmer’s restaurant, excelllent food and drinks. I am picky and give the restaurant A plus! They were so kind to us and acknowledge our anniversary. We were walking distance from the square so didn’t have to uber which was perfect. The guest house was cozy and perfect size for a couple. Communication was best I have ever had. The bathroom is small maybe in need of few shelves for belongings but that is all. ……

“It’s was nice area and clean house. Was so cold. We used heater but all house smell gas’s and front off house no light to be on and was so dark. Couldn’t enjoy out and had use flash light. I offer for this nice house is better use lights and can’t see everything far to be enjoy until midnight. Otherwise was very nice place”
